Clifton Rd Reserve is set in a rural community with access to a small beach and the estuary. It could be a nice quiet location for a picnic.
There is no freedom camping sign, and it would be a good location, close to Auckland, to overnight in a self-contained van. There are no facilities, and you would be quite isolated.
