For all you motor caravanners travelling with golf clubs packed away in your van, the Warkworth Golf Club is is a prime location to get some exercise.
The golf course is beautifully landscaped, and welcomes casual visitors. It has a generous parking area, and self-contained motor caravanners are welcome to park overnight.
There is good shopping in Warkworth, and you are close to Matakana and Snells Beach - a area where you could enjoy exploring for a week or more. There are wineries, art trails, olive groves, and excellent restaurants - plenty of reasons why you would want to come back to the golf club for some more excercise.
