Boat ramp at MacDonalds Creek
MacDonalds Creek and Ottos Corner are two separate areas of a large campground next to Lake Mapourika.
MacDonalds Creek is where most of the parking area is available, and it also has a boat ramp for accessing the river and the lake.
Ottos Corner has more modern toilets and direct access to the lake reserve. They are connected by a short forest walking track, and also by the driveway.
This would be a nice quiet location in a natural envrionment - well away from the hype of the glacier towns.
