Tinui Museum has some lovingly restored historic buildings, celebrating the history of the small settlement. It makes for an interesting stop in a rural area.
The museum was closed when we called in, but we still enjoyed having a walk around the buildings, including the old jail.
The entrance to the museum is in the craft shop on the corner.
There are also public toilets should you need them.
