Bartletts Ford Reserve is a large freedom camping area available for self-contained motor caravanners.
You can stay for a maximum of 3 consecutive nights stay in any one calendar month. There are other restrictions so you should phone Council before you arrive.
This area is quintessential Kiwi camping - nothing flash, except a beautiful rural environment alongside a river.
