The Thames Golf Club provides overnight parking for self-contained motor caravanners.
The large parking area has plenty of room, making this a good option if you're exploring the Coromandel and looking for a place to stay. From there you can head north up the coast to Thames, east to Pauanui or Tairua, or south to Paeroa.
Or, you could take advantage of the golf course to get some exercise.
Be sure to check in at the club rooms reception before getting set up for the night.
