Parking in Waitoa Reserve
Waitoa Reserve is a large picnic area off the main road between Waitoa and Waihou, on the way to Te Aroha.
This is an excellent location to stop for a break, or even to park overnight. There's plenty of room for large motorhomes, and it's well off the main road.
There aren't any toilets, so you will need to be self contained if you want to park overnight.
