The Smoking Company in Coromandel Town is a specialty store offering a range of smoked fish and other local produce.
We stopped to have a look for something a bit different to take when visiting some good friends up in Matarangi, and were very impressed with the the range of smoked fish and seafood on display.
The also have a nice selection of complementary sauces and crackers.
We bought a selection of four fish, each prepared differently, and enjoyed them over the next couple of days.
