Skippers Rd Reserve fronts onto a stunningly beautiful golden sand beach, and a small grass parking area - but freedom camping is not allowed.
This was our first stop along Black Jack Rd on our way to exploring Opito Bay. It was a beautiful clear autumn afternoon, and there was noone in the reserve.
It would still be a nice location to stop for a coffee or lunch break, but there are other options along Black Jack Rd, so we took some pictures and continued on our way.
