The Otatara Beach Rd Motor Camp is a large, spacious campsite with plenty of room for large vans, located just out of Invercargill and 2 km from the beach
It is an older style campsite, and the facilities are showing their age. But it is comfortable, and would be a good location when travelling with children as there is plenty of room for running around.
The Cabbage Tree restaurant is next door should you want to take a break from cooking.
