Parking at Mackay Creek

 

 

The DOC campsite at Mackay Creek is in a dramatically rugged and beautiful location with plenty of room for parking.

 

We arrived around late afternoon just as the first signs of a brilliant sunset were lighing up the valley.

 

DOC have provided the usual toilet facilities and you pay your camp fees in the honesty box by the DOC sign at the campsite entrance.
