From the 1st October 2020 this public dump station will be relocated to the McKeown FuelCard Station at 2 Alpine Drive.
The Te Anau Public Dump Station is located in a large lakeside reserve, complete with boat marina, children's playground, and clean public toilets.
We we visited, the mid-autumn colours were just beautiful. We'd have to rate this as one of the prettiest locations for a dump station that we've seen.
Fresh water is also available, making this one of the better stops for looking after the basics.
