The Bay of Islands RV Park offers low cost campsite facilities just a short drive from the Paihia town centre.
We called in on a sunny afternoon. While there were several vans parked up, there wasn't anyone in reception, so we had a quick look around and took some pictures.
It looks like a reasonable place to stay. We weren't able to check the facilities, but otherwise there is plenty of room for large vans on the sealed parking area.
