The Cullen Point Lookout is a rest area along Queen Charlotte Drive. It's just a 3 minute walk to the lookout platform with stunning views over the Pelorus and Mahau Sounds.

 

There's no sign about parking overnight, but it's not the best location, being just off the main road. Just a nice stop to break the winding drive and stretch your legs, and maybe take a coffee break.

 

There is also access to the Coastal Loop Track if you're looking for more exercise - it takes around an hour.
