The Blenheim-Waterlea Racecourse offers very low cost overnight parking for self-contained motor caravanners. You are limited to 4 nights in any fortnight.
There is plenty of parking, both sealed and on grass. The laundry includes two washing machines and a dryer, or use the clothesline if you prefer.
Fresh water is available, along with a dump station.
Dogs are allowed, but must be kept on a lease.
There is a golf course next door, and lovely Pollard Park on the other side of the golf course where you can enjoy nice walks through rose gardens, rhodedendrons, and mature trees.
You should only enter the racecourse through the Linton street entrance, and overnight parking is not available during the week before, and weekends of the race meetings in January. Parking may also be limited n April and June during race meetings.
