There is a public dump station in East Street, Ashburton, opposite the Mobil Service Station. It replaces the PDS at Tinwald Domain.

 

You'll notice that the fresh water tap has one of those annoying push-buttons that require you to hold it down for the entire time that you are filling your water tank.
