The Timaru Top 10 Holiday Park is located in the centre of Timaru, and offers excellent holiday park facilities and just 5 minutes walking distance to the shops, including the Timaru Pak n Save.
There is also a bus service if you prefer not to walk.
All of the Top 10 holiday parks have to meet a high standard, but we were particularly impressed with the quality of the fitting in the kitchen and bathrooms - colourful and edged with tiles.
If you're travelling with children, the adventure playground is one of the best we've seen.
This is a luxurious option if you want to splash out while staying in Timaru.
