Hanmer River Holiday Park is the first campsite on entering the Hanmer Springs area. It's small, with only limited parking, and basic but family friendly facilities.
This would be a nice campsite for smaller vans, and families with young children. The facilities were basic and not well organised, although we were visiting in their autumn off-season.
There is a picnic area at the back of the campsite, and a friendly goat.
