Oxford is a small community to the north of Christchurch, and provides a well designed public dump station, with drinking water, for motor caravanners to use.
There is even a log wood seat provided so that you can relax while refilling your water tank.
This is an excellent choice if you're on highway 72, on the way to, or from Arthurs Pass.
