We don't usually stay at motor camps but we wanted to do the walking trails that start right from here, and on a sunny winter's weekend it was hard to beat. Just a handful of other campers in this extremely well maintained campsite. NZMCA members are given a 25% discount making the price $30 a night for a lovely grassy powered site with wonderful views and sunsets out over Whale Island.
