BAY OF PLENTY: KAWERAU

The parking area in the front of the Kawerau Public Swimming Pool is available for self-contained motor caravanners to park overnight.

Unfortunately, we arrived on a wet afternoon, so we were only able to stop long enough to take some 'soggy pictures.'

It's not the quietest location for staying overnight in Kawerau, but it would be a great choice if you want to use the pool, or eat out at the Kawerau Hotel across the road.
