Shipwreck Point juts out into the Tasman Sea and has a sealed parking area with public toilets where self-contained motor caravanners can freedom camp
This is another prime location that the Greymouth Council have made available for motor caravanners. Like Jellyman Park it's right on the waters edge, and there is now a walkway connecting them.
The toilets include an outdoor shower for washing off after a swim or walk along the beach.
