Parking alongside the reserve
Cheltenham is a small rural town with a general store and hotel on the corner opposite a small reserve. There is a large parking area in front of the reserve.
It's a nice location to stop for a break, and you can also top up with basic groceries, or even have a meal at the hotel.
With parking being just off the main road, you might not want to park overnight. If you do decide to stay, then you should check first at the store or hotel.
