Fairlight Railway Station
Drive from the camping area to the station
The Fairlight Railway Station has a large reserve adjacent, and is available for self-contained motor caravanners to park overnight. The Mataura River runs alongside, so this may be a good location for fishing.
We visited in mid- autumn, and the scenery was really pretty on a sunny afternoon. It's quite isolated, so it would make a good overnight parking location if you are travelling with friends.
