Parking on the lakefront
Public toilets
The Bendigo Reserve is along the eastern boundary near the top of Lake Dunstan. There are a number of parking areas where self-contained vans can park overnight
It was a miserable wet autumn day when we visited. There were a number of motor caravanners parked up, but everyone was hunkered down inside.
There is a public toilte available, but we didn't get out to check what they were like.
We drove past and took some pictures, and then continued on our way to Wanaka.
UPDATE 20-March-2018
We called in again on our way south to Cromwell. It was a nice sunny afternoon, so we took some more pictures to show what it's like on a nice day.
