Using the public dump station

There is a public dump station in South Bay Domain - a very pleasant and popular waterfront reserve.
This would be a nice place to stop for lunch, or an evening meal. However, you can't stay overnight. If self-contained, you can stay at the race course, which you drive past on the way to this reserve.
