Abisko Lodge and Apartments also offers campground facilities for motor caravanners in the heart of Methven town.
It's just a short walk to the supermarket, cafes, pub, art gallery and i-Site.
The campground facilities were well maintained, making this an excellent base for exploring the town, as well as further afield.
Like many of the central south island towns, this is a ski resort town over the winter season.
