Chamberlains Ford is a small rest area with access to the river and a public toilet.
There is a lot of traffic noise which doesn't make it an ideal location to park overnight, but it would make a nice place to stop for a break while travelling.
We visited in mid-autumn, and the weather was a bit gloomy.
