Otauira Reserve is just north of Featherston, on the left as you are entering the town. There is a large parking area where self-contained motor caravanners could park overnight.
There is also a park over property (POP) at the back of the Fell Locomotive Museum in the town centre, so this would be a good alternative if that is already full, or you just prefer to be in a quieter location.
