River Road, Havelock North, Hastings, Hawkes Bay

River Road Reserve has been closed by the council because it has become subject to flooding.
I've included this location only because it still appears in some New Zealand camping directories.
It's a long drive to get there, and frustrating to find that it is closed only when you arrive.
