Poutuia Carpark provides access to the beach and offers a sealed parking area where self-contained vans can park overnight.
It's a nice quiet location overlooking a clean sand beach. Residential homes on one side, and sand dunes on the other.
It's not a large carpark, but there are other locations further up Pukehina beach.
